FACILITIES

The 110 m2 fitness studio was renovated in 2010 and is equipped with wooden floor and mirrors.

 

COURSES

Classes are held throughout the year, from Monday to Friday, and are run by state qualified instructors Mélanie, Christelle, Fabienne and Etienne.

  • Pilates*: « Gentle » method (controlled, slow movements, deep breathing). Aimed at
    developing a strong body core (building muscle strength).

U-Bound (Cardio workout on a mini-trampoline): U-Bound is an athletic, adaptable, accessible and fun high
intensity workout. It promotes muscle strengthening on a progressive scale.
Benefits: Improved blood and lymphatic circulation, and also an improvement in physical and cardiovascular
strength. It combats cellulite, and aids weight loss (900 kcal per session) and prevents osteoporosis. “U-Bound”
enhances proprioception and is beneficial in motivation and relaxation (unwinding).

Zumba: Zumba classes are choreographed group classes, easy to follow but very effective to burn calories.
This form of fitness uses movement specific to Latin dances such as the salsa and samba and also belly dancing.
The movements sometimes slow, sometimes fast, are both sensual and very invigorating. Zumba works on all parts
of the body: biceps, abs, bum and legs and therefore helps tone the overall body shape. Taking a Zumba class is
a complete cardiovascular workout. To fast-paced Latin music, this exercise is an excellent way to alleviate stress
and help people unwind.
