Seafood platters and shellfish, spicy flavours, bright colours and respect for tradition, these are the ingredients for recipes of Catalan cuisine. Based on Mediterranean food, Catalan cuisine uses all the resources of the region: fish, cheese, meat, fruit and vegetables ...
Sometimes from the land, sometimes from the mountains, and sometimes from the sea, there will be a taste to suit everyone from rustic dishes to the most refined.

Above all, do not forget to taste the famous Roussillon apricots, considered amongst the best in France, with their reddish flesh and scented aroma. Hurry to the market not forgetting to buy some!
