Discover local and artisan produce in the markets of Saint Cyprien. Traditional markets are held all year, seasonal Catalan produce is readily available during the summer. Seasonal fruits, Catalan fabrics, honey from the tamarisk tree and the garrigue, traditional pastries (rousquilles, nougat, croquants de Saint-Paul...), olive oil, goats’ cheeses, aromatic olives to tickle your taste buds!
